The banks is honestly a beautiful property. The office staff is so kind and attentive. The amenities are unbeatable especially the gym, which is very spacious and nice equipment. Me and my pup love living here .

After spending most of the day shopping apartments in the Charlotte area, my last walk was with The Banks. After walking the unit, I was sold immediately. I filled out the application same day and the office Staff was very helpful in the process.

I recently visited The Banks and was thoroughly impressed with everything, including their management team. Throughout the entire tour, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated how they took the time to answer my questions and show me around the property. The tour itself was very informative and gave me a great sense of what it would be like to live there.
